ProtAffin is developing a portfolio of anti-inflammatory products based on our CellJammer® discovery technology. The first targets we are focussing on is pro-inflammatory chemokines whose disregulation is key in the pathology of many chronic and acute inflammatory conditions. Our technology has application outside the field of inflammation and we have an early discovery program against an oncology target and will collaborate with Pharma and Biotech to develop therapeutics against GAG-binding proteins which have been validated to play a role in disease.
